The Prize is administered by representatives from the Man Hong Kong International Literary Festival, the University of Hong Kong and the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
The Man Hong Kong International Literary Festival was conceived by a group of journalists, publishers, editors, authors and academics in 2000. The festival aims to entertain, educate and inspire through promoting English literature with an Asian focus.
