2008 Man Asian Literary Prize - Shortlist Announced

Hong Kong, 22 October 2008 – Kavery Nambisan, Siddharth Dhanvant Shanghvi, Miguel Syjuco, Yu Hua and Alfred A. Yuson are the five authors selected for the shortlist by the judging panel for the 2008 Man Asian Literary Prize, the first regional prize for a work unpublished in English. The winner of the prize will be announced on Thursday 13 November, 2008 at a ceremony in Hong Kong.
